Our repair process

1. The customer contacts us by email, phone or WhatsApp with a repair request.
2. We assess whether we can repair the part in question.
3. If we can carry out the repair, we receive the part together with our intake form (PDF).
4. Once we have received the part, we carry out an initial inspection and prepare a quote for the repair costs.
5. Once the quote has been approved, we schedule the repair as soon as possible and carry it out.
6. Once the repair has been completed successfully, we inform the customer.
